Briskett, the Cat-Dog of the House of 8, wanted to keep his favorite photo warm! Of course it’s one of him!!
The Artist
MaryAnna Richbourg
A woman who relishes in serendipity and creativity, adores the inspiration of natural light and embraces what intuitively comes next…Her creative being sprouted from an obsession of drawing turtles with top hats, butterflies and owls at a much younger age.
As she grew, her curiosity was encouraged by exploration of an abundance of artistic media; some only once as her attention was on to something else in a moment.
Now infatuated with photography and writing, she also finds time to play with glass and the pile of good intentions she’s collected over the years.
The photographs are mainly taken at her home, The House of 8. The stories? The inspiration comes from everyday Life, just as the photographs. She’ll take a photo of the garbage if it has great light!
Creative work in Studio 8, her home studio, is very intuitive with lots of treasures waiting to be paired with others. The pieces are insistent on where they want to go~
MaryAnna’s wish is by sharing her creative life it will inspire others to explore their creativity~
“The meaning of Life is to find your gift.
The purpose of Life is to give it away.” ~Picasso
